Feel what you feel
No need to suppress your feelings and put on a façade, even if it is for yourself!
Feel what you feel without resistance, judgement or control. Allow yourself to feel fearful, sad, angry as and when the feelings arise, as well as allowing yourself to feel love and happiness when they arise too.
What you resist, persists.
Stop trying to feel positive and allow yourself to feel what you feel. Say out loud and proud ‘I am scared’ etc and allow your body to feel it. Keep saying it out loud and proud until the feelings pass. No feeling is a constant unless you resist it. Allow it to be there and it will pass. It will also help if you spend more time looking up and keeping your body posture open.
