The 3 A’s: ACKNOWLEDGEMENT, ACCEPTENCE & APPRECIATION.

To acknowledge and accept as is, is to surrender. This will enable you to trust life, whatever life throws at you. By trusting life, you allow gratitude into your life rather than resistance. And rather than make you feel bad for experiencing the trials and tribulations, you become grateful for everything that you have around you. You change focus. You start appreciating what you have, big or small. You lose the selfishness behind your actions, which are guided by resistance and fear. You accept what is and get on with it.
Now this might sound harsh, but the reality is that whatever is going to happen will happen anyway, so you can either live in fear and hatred, put your life on hold, or live in compassion and gratitude – THIS BIT IS YOUR CHOICE. Your attitude towards circumstance is your choice but what actually happens is not.
The only person that you can control, is yourself.
Healing is only an attitude shift away!
