1 people only treat you one way...... the way you let them!
2 the only person you can control is yourself!
3 love yourself like your life depends on it..... because actually it does!
4 if you have one foot in the past and the other in the future..., you can only piss on the present!
5 What you resist, persists! When you resist thoughts and feelings, they paradoxically intensify!
6 You cannot fill an internal void from an external source! Learn to love from the inside out!
7 If you crave someone to love, or to be loved......start with yourself!
8 if you want to feel happier....do more things that create that feeling!
9 Looking down = feeling down: Looking up = feeling up - simples!
10 Confidence is not a given..... it is nurtured with lots of practice!
11 Do something and the doors of opportunity open, do nothing and they remain closed! Take that leap of faith ♥️
